Vape pens are slim, simple, and great for beginners — they usually have fixed wattage and smaller batteries. Box mods are larger, offer variable wattage (up to 230W+), temperature control, and longer battery life. If you want more customization and vapor production, a box mod is the way to go.

It depends on your smoking history. Heavy smokers (20+ cigarettes/day) typically start at 18–50mg nicotine salts. Moderate smokers do well at 6–12mg freebase. Light or social smokers can start at 3–6mg. We also carry 0mg options. Our staff can help you find the right level.

Most coils last 1–3 weeks depending on usage and e-liquid sweetness. Signs it's time to replace: burnt taste, reduced vapor, gurgling sounds, or darkened liquid in the tank. We carry replacement coils for all major brands.

VG (vegetable glycerin) produces thicker vapor clouds. PG (propylene glycol) carries flavor better and provides a stronger throat hit. A 70/30 VG/PG ratio is the most popular for sub-ohm devices. 50/50 works best for lower-power devices and mouth-to-lung vaping.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund with receipt. Defective devices are covered under the manufacturer's warranty — bring it in and we'll handle the claim for you. E-liquids cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

Disassemble the tank from the mod. Rinse the tank, drip tip, and glass under warm water, then let them air-dry completely. Wipe the mod body with a dry cloth — never submerge it. For a deeper clean, bring it in and we'll do an ultrasonic cleaning for $10.

We don't recommend it. Most modern devices have overcharge protection, but it's best practice to charge on a flat, non-flammable surface while you're awake. Use the cable that came with the device or a dedicated external battery charger for removable cells.

Replace batteries when they no longer hold a charge through normal use, show any dents or tears in the wrap, or are over 12 months old with heavy use. We sell batteries and offer free re-wrapping if your current wraps are damaged.
